· Our Client is an innovator of systems and components for the detection, measurement and management of electromagnetic, magnetic, and acoustic energy. They are the market leaders in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shield rooms.
· We require an Applications engineer to meet with clients, discuss their requirements and come up with technical proposals
· Oversee projects from conception through installation
· Planning of a site - this can be critical to the functionality of sensitive equipment. Equipment like MRIs, microscopes, CTs etc are very sensitive to changes including EMI vibrations, acoustics, and RFI.
· Provide engineering and consulting services to assist in meeting a variety of EMI requirements. Whether assisting in site layouts to minimize potential EMI occurrences or designing shields to address EMI requirements.
· Provide custom shield designs to meet a variety of requirements. Assist in identifying requirements and assist in achieving those requirements through custom shield designs.
· To support the pre- and post-sales activities
The successful applicant will posses a Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and an excellent understanding of RFI/EMC/EMI Techniques. An outgoing personality with good presentation and communication skills together with good analytical ability and in possession of a driving license
